The mission of Shalom Holistic Health Services DBA Neighborhood Free Health Clinic is to provide quality, accessible, and free primary health services to uninsured and underinsured patients in our community. The clinic will enhance the equitability of health care systems served by Stoughton Health by partnering with them to provide physical, mental, chronic disease and spiritual health management, through prevention, education, medication access, counseling, and case management services including specialty referrals as needed. A diverse staff of volunteers and board members will uphold high quality standards and run the clinic with integrity.

Providing primary healthcare services to patients who have no insurance or are under-insured.

Volunteer time needs

Our volunteers typically work 1-5 hours a month.  Minimum one 4 hour shift a month, only looking for medical providers (MD, DO, APNP etc) at this time.

No fees to be a part of this organization.

You may attend a meeting or help without a commitment.
