Provide information to the public to promote responsible pet ownership, encourage the spaying and neutering of pets, deter abandonment and other cruelties toward small animals and to financially help those who truly cannot afford the necessary medical cost of spaying/neutering or an unexpected emergency.
Helping many rescues and service organizations with the spaying and neutering of their rescued and/or service animals as well as helping individual people cover the ever-rising costs of getting veterinary care.

Our volunteers typically work in a one-time assistance at an event or specific project, or offer 1-5 hours, 6-10 hours, 10+ hours per month.
No fees to be a part of this organization.
You may attend a meeting or help without a commitment.
